Introduction

Empathy and Consensus by Travel Sketch
35 years since debut! “Travel Sketch” is a folk-pop duo that delivers warm resonance to our hearts.
“LUKA” (Jo Byung-suk) and “Nam Jun-bong” bring their enduring harmony to
the stage and share “Talk & Music” with us!
Travel Sketch?
Formed in the summer of 1989, “Travel Sketch” is a folk band made up of singers from universities in the Greater Seoul Metropolitan Area. It was conceived under the idea of “folk music and return to nature” as their musical foundation.

Seeking to differentiate themselves from other music and artists of the era with a sound that was as natural and carefree as a forest, untouched by human hands, Travel Sketch came as a fresh breath of air to the music scene in the early ’90s with their first album, featuring delicate guitar strings overlaid with the sounds of nature and our daily lives.

Since then, the band has expanded its genre with new attempts to encompass pop music as a whole. With nine studio albums and five special albums, they have established themselves as purveyors of timeless classics across multiple generations.

Enjoy their harmony of expressive and simple lyrics and beautiful melody in the 2024 ACC Brunch Concert for November.
