Curated under the theme of “Asian Cultural Journey,” Culture Adventure offers play, experiential, and creative activities that help visitors learn about the diversity of Asian cultures while fostering imagination and creativity.

Introduction
Culture Adventure (Individual)
Themed after “Asian Cultural Journey,” Culture Adventure offers play, experiential, and creative activities
utilizing cultural resources from various Asian countries. These activities are designed to help visitors explore the diversity of Asian cultures while fostering imagination and creativity.
1. The theme of Culture Adventure is “Asian Cultural Journey.”
  • The rich cultural resources of different Asian countries form the foundation for diverse cultural experiences, enabling children to explore Asia’s natural environment, history, and culture while fostering imagination and creativity.
2. Culture Adventure is located on Basement Level 1 of the ACC Children, spanning a total area of 4,822.55 m2 (1,458 pyeong).
3. The content of Culture Adventure is developed based on the cultural resources and stories of various Asian countries.
  • Culture Adventure is organized into three thematic areas: “Nature and Life,” “Knowledge and Civilization,” and “Senses and Expression.”
  • The subthemes and content of each area are not fixed and are subject to change through additional developments and updates.
4. Principles of Culture Adventure Content
  • Cultural resources and stories from various Asian countries are used as key materials.
  • Both past and present histories, cultures, and stories are incorporated.
  • Rather than focusing on a one-way approach to cultural education, the content expands experiences by utilizing diverse cultural resources.
  • There is no fixed path. Visitors can creatively design their own “Asian Cultural Journey” based on their interests and curiosity.

Let’s journey through Asia
This is a space where visitors can learn about Asia before embarking on their journey. Children can independently explore basic information about Asia, such as its location in the world, the countries within it, and its world heritage sites, allowing them to prepare for their own unique expedition.
Nature and Life
This space allows visitors to experience the lifestyles of people living in diverse natural environments across Asia. Play and experiential activities centered around Asia’s clothing, food, and housing help visitors understand the interrelationship between nature and humanity.
Knowledge and Civilization
This space offers an opportunity to explore civilizations that have developed through humanity’s knowledge and wisdom. Visitors can learn about the origins of the world’s four great civilizations—Yellow River, Indus Valley, Mesopotamian, and Egyptian—and discover fascinating stories of Asian societies, including their writing systems, architecture, and astronomy.
Senses and Expression
This space allows visitors to express themselves and share their creativity through experiences and play that engage various senses. Centered around the theme of Asian puppet theater, children can learn about the diverse methods of expression involved in puppet performances and are encouraged to imagine and create their own stories.

  • To ensure a sanitary environment for visitors, food and beverages are not allowed inside the experience space (bottled water is allowed).
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Please supervise children and guide them to avoid running indoors and be mindful of accidents that may occur.
